10 DAY UNWORN NEW JEWELRY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
costume jewelry and spa products must be returned within the 10 day return/exchange policy*. Policy applies to new, unworn, undamaged, unaltered jewelry and spa products.
Simply SEND US AN EMAIL: email@example.com to receive a return authorization and return the jewelry within 10 days from delivery date. We will issue a refund, based upon the following:
Send new, unworn, undamaged, unaltered jewelry and spa products back in original packaging. Package it carefully for return.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not issue a refund for any original or return shipping.
